Cecilia Mae Utter-Jackson, 69, of Fullerton, died on Friday, February 24, 2023 peacefully at her home. Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Solt-Wagner Funeral Home in Central City with Pastor Walter Brock officiating. Burial of ashes will be held at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later time.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Archer Zion United Methodist Church near Archer, with Pastor Gordon Paulsen officiating. Visitation was Wednesday, February 22nd from 5-7 p.m. at Archer Zion Church. Burial of ashes will be at the Archer Evangelical Community Cemetery.
