You also can call them butter because the Central City High School softball team is on a roll. They now have won their last four straight games after defeating Minden 20-0 on Tuesday. Part of the reason for their success comes from outstanding pitching, but also solid fielding from players like Karlee Seitz (top photo) who here fires a ball over to first base for an out on Thursday against Centura/Central Valley. Another large reason for the Lady Bison success comes from there bats and players like Makenna Schenk (bottom photo) who is one of many who has drove in multiple runs as of late. The Bison outscored their opponents 32-1 last week and will look to continue that success this week as they play three games with the hopes of improving their 7-3 record.
